About Elsa da Cruz

I was born in Lisbon, Portugal on 10.02.1973 and have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing since I was 7 years old. Life experiences forced me to grow and expand. I discovered my intuitive and psychic abilities when I was very young, and these gifts have continued to develop. Today I live in England and work as a counselor, spiritual advisor and Crystal Reiki Master.

I always knew the power that our thoughts have and now I use counselling / talk-therapy to help others, as well as my other tools - Crystal Reiki energy, Tarot and intuition. I've been blessed with a high sense of self-esteem, despite the challenges that I have faced in life. I have developed my own self-esteem to the point that I can now sustain others in developing theirs.

I was atuned to Reiki energy in 2005 and this really opened up my ability to listen to spirit, which is one of my main specializations. I now work closely with spirit in all of my client sessions, so I can use my psychic gifts to guide you in the way which is best for your highest good.

I am a professional counsellor, Crystal Reiki Master and Kundalini Reiki Master in the greater Manchester area (UK).

I am a very empathic, intuitive therapist with a lot of experience in different approaches. My main therapies are 'person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy' and 'mindfulness'. I currently work independently, and at Betterhelp Psychotherapy & Counselling.
I am a registered Therapeutic Counsellor at BACP, and I studied counselling and psychotherapy (Professional Diploma) at Bolton College.
I received my Honors degree in Counselling and Therapeutic Skills, at the University of Salford.
I also studied English Literature & Creative Writing at the University of Bolton.

In addition to my training, I have 5 years of professional experience as a certified counsellor, during which I have helped many people from different backgrounds, ages, and genders navigate their challenges with great success.

I use my intuitive mediumship to help clients find light and healing.
